Use Fjalim lawfully

You may only upload audio and video that you have the right to process, and only where you have a legal basis. If people in a recording must consent, you are responsible for getting their consent.

Do not use Fjalim to break the law, to secretly record people where the law forbids it, or to produce harassment, fraud or other harm.

Do not abuse the service

  • Do not try to get around rate limits, the free-trial limits, or credit checks, for example by automating trial uploads or creating many accounts for the free minutes.
  • Do not attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach other people’s data.
  • Do not upload malware or content meant to break our systems.
  • Do not share your API keys. Keep them secret and rotate them if they leak.
  • Do not resell access to the service in a way that hides who the customer is.

What happens if you break these rules

We may remove content, limit or suspend access, or close the account, as described in the terms. We warn you first where that is practical. Report abuse to [email protected].
