Refunds
Unused credit
Unused prepaid credit is refundable on request within 14 days of purchase. If you used part of a top-up, we refund the unused part. Write to [email protected] from your account email and tell us which purchase it is. We return the money to the original payment method through Stripe.
Credit expires after 24 months
Credit expires 24 months after the purchase date. Expired credit is not refundable.
Failed transcriptions
If a transcription fails after we charged for it, we refund its cost to your credit automatically. You do not need to ask.
Free minutes
The free trial and the 15 minutes you get at signup have no cash value and are not refundable.
Your legal rights
This page does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
