How long we keep things

Deleting earlier
You can delete a transcription at any time in the app or with the API. Deleting removes the audio file and every transcript version immediately. The job record keeps only billing fields: the date, the duration and the cost.
Closing your account removes your personal account data, except the billing records we must keep for accounting. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days, after which deleted data is gone.
Training
We do not train models on customer audio without your permission.
